“Investigating the Mind” - A Buddhist Meditation Retreat
Each session of this weekend retreat will include guided meditation and ample time for discussion. The retreat will focus on the Buddhist view of the mind/body connection with emphasis on how maintaining a peaceful mind through meditation can benefit the physical body, in addition to helping one cultivate love and compassion. All are welcome to attend and learn more about meditation, the mind and the body.

Khenpo Sherab Sangpo has been a monk since age 7 and has trained with some of the greatest meditation masters of Tibet. In addition to spending 4 years meditating in solitary retreat, he has spent nearly 20 years contemplating the profound philosophies of the Buddhist tradition. He teaches at monasteries in Tibet, Nepal and meditation centers in the United States and abroad.
